Eva the Owlet Season 2 Gets A Trailer

Published on

Apple TV+ has shared a new trailer for the second season of Eva the Owlet, its animated kids and family series.

Based on a New York Times bestselling Scholastic book series “Owl Diaries” by award-winning author Rebecca Elliott, the charming show invites kids and families to return to the whimsical woodland world of Treetopington alongside Eva and her friends.

Here is the trailer in question:

Eva the Owlet, a global fan favorite, is described as spunky, captivating, and a real hoot. This series follows Eva, a creative and cheeky owlet, and her best friend Lucy in their woodland home, Treetopington. Eva’s big personality and even bigger ideas fuel her high-flying adventures, documented in her diary.

Season two offers a glimpse into a typical night for Eva, a spirited owlet with big dreams. From planning backyard campouts with friends to rescuing the town’s Spring Acorn Roll from hungry squirrels, Eva tackles every challenge with conviction and flair, sharing her experiences in her journal.

Produced by Scholastic Entertainment, an award-winning studio behind “Clifford the Big Red Dog,” “Goosebumps,” and “The Magic School Bus,” with 4K animation and production services from Emmy Award-winning and Academy Award-nominated Brown Bag Films (“Doc McStuffins,” “Vampirina,” “Octonauts”).

“Eva the Owlet” boasts original songs by acclaimed musician Fitz of Fitz and the Tantrums. Vivienne Rutherford (“Eureka!,” “9-1-1: Lone Star”) voices Eva, with Jessica DiCicco (“The Loud House,” “Puppy Dog Pals”) as her mom and Dino Andrade (“Loud House,” “We Baby Bears”) as her dad. Additional voices include Romy Fay (“Best Foot Forward”), Sascha Yurchak, Jon Olson (“The Hobbit,” “Detective Pikachu”), Evie Hsu (“Team Mekbots”), Sarah Vattano (“Uglies,” “Rise Up”), Pressly James Crosby (“General Hospital”), and Kenna Ramsey (“Rent”).

“Eva the Owlet” is executive produced by Scholastic Entertainment’s Peabody and Daytime Emmy Award-winning team, including Iole Lucchese (“Clifford the Big Red Dog”), Caitlin Friedman (“Stillwater”) and Jef Kaminsky (“Signs of Survival”). Cathal Gaffney and Darragh O’Connell of Brown Bag Films also serve as executive producers. Daytime Emmy Award nominees Annabeth Bondor-Stone (“Helpsters”) and Connor White (“Helpsters”), who both developed the series for television, serve as co-executive producers, and Daytime Emmy Award nominee Damien O’Connor (“Angela’s Christmas,” “Angela’s Christmas 2”) serves as supervising director.

Apple TV+ offers a range of original content, including drama, comedy, documentaries, and kids and family entertainment.

The service is available in over 100 countries and regions, on over 1 billion screens, for $9.99 per month with a seven-day free trial.
