NCB Jamaica Removes Mobile Top Ups From Its ATM/ABMS

NCB Jamaica has announced via email that it will remove the Phone top-up feature from its Automated Business Machines (ABMS).

Dear Valued Customer,

As of November 8, 2024, the phone top-up feature will no longer be available on our Automated Banking Machines (ABMs). But not to worry, we’ve got more easy-to-use options for you.

The removals are scheduled for November 8, 2024. NCB recommends using either the NCB Mobile App or Lynk Mobile Money app.

This announcement aligns with NCB Jamaica’s ongoing mission to achieve cost efficiencies. It’s not the first option that comes to mind when you want to top up your Digicel or Flow device locally.

There are multiple alternatives beyond the Apps and Platforms mentioned by the Financial Institute. platforms such as the My Digicel App, Flow Top Up App, Ding.com, Supreme Ventures Outlets, and partners.
