Jamaican Shippers Face CourierBox Rate Increase

KINGSTON, JAMAICA – CourierBox Limited has announced an upcoming rate adjustment for its shipping and delivery services, effective April 1, 2025.

In a communication to its customers, the company cited rising operational costs due to inflation as the primary driver behind the change. These increasing costs include shipping, fuel, and warehouse management, impacting businesses globally and locally.

CourierBox emphasized that this decision was not made lightly and that they have absorbed these rising costs for as long as possible.

rate adjustment is necessary to maintain the quality and reliability of their services, meet customer demand, improve infrastructure, and ensure timely deliveries. The company stressed its commitment to keeping the adjustments as minimal as possible while remaining competitive and offering excellent value.

Details of the updated pricing structure will be released closer to the implementation date.

CourierBox assured its customers that while rates are changing, their dedication to providing exceptional service remains steadfast.

They are actively working to enhance their offerings and continue to be a trusted partner in shipping and delivery.

The company encourages customers with questions or concerns to contact them directly.
