CourierBox, a Jamaican air and sea freight shipping company, has announced the opening of its new location in Morant Bay, Saint Thomas, on December 20, 2024.
The company provides customers with a US mailbox to receive packages, barrels, pallets, and containers, which can be delivered to Jamaica.
Customers can now create an address on the CourierBox website, and those updating their locations to Morant Bay may use this new address to collect packages.
Located at the Village Green Complex, right beside the Rubis Gas Station, the new location will be open to serve customers from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
To celebrate the occasion, CourierBox is holding a yard sale at its new location, featuring household items, appliances, clothing, wigs, tools, electronics, cosmetics, vitamins, and more, as detailed in the promotional flyer.
This announcement now means that CourierBox now operates from two locations: Kingston and St. Thomas, with hours from Monday to Saturday.
The Jamaican shipping and freight market is highly competitive, with key competitors including JSE-listed Mailpac Group, Knutsford Express, Doorway Express, Taracan, Via-Express, and SSMC Xpress International.
