WordPress Pushes Maintenance and Security Update with WordPress 6.4.3

There is a new bug fix update for WordPress, the Content Management Software that manages around 43% of all websites according to Colorlib.

WordPress recommends applying the update ASAP with additional backports(patches) for older versions of WordPress such as 4.1 and later.

What is included in the update? The update includes over  5 bug fixes on Core, 16 bug fixes for the Block Editor, and 2 security fixes.

The update can be applied within the WordPress dashboard via the dashboard alerts, directly at the updates page or by downloading WordPress 6.4.3 from WordPress.org.

The next version of WordPress,  version 6.5 has a 26 March 2024 planned release date.
