Animoca Brands and Yield Guild Games (YGG) have announced the first YGG Cup tournament in REVV Racing, the skill-based action arcade automobile racing blockchain game that gives players full and real-time first-person control of their car.
The YGG Cup has a prize pool of over US$150,000 and takes place 10th – 16th September 2021 at REVV Racing’s Website.
Sponsored by the YGG, The YGG Cup is a special tournament to be held on the REVV Racing Game. Players will be able to compete for the fastest times using their car NFTs in a traditional first and third-person view racing game where they will have complete control of their cars on the track.
There are 1000 prices total, The top prizes being $12,000, $9,000, and $4,500 for first, second, and third place. Prizes will be awarded to winning players in REVV tokens(67%) and YGG Tokens (33%). The top 3 players will also win a REVV Racing YGG Cup NFT (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
An exclusive club of players, Players are required to own a REVV Racing car NFT in order to Participate in the YGG Cup tournament. You are in luck though as REVV Racing car NFTs are available for purchase on OpenSea, You can get one potentially as low as $26 (0.0139 ETH).

Who the heck is YGG? YGG is a play-to-earn gaming guild with more than 50,000 members that invests in yield-generating non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in virtual worlds and blockchain-based games. The guild recently made headlines when its public sale of 25 million YGG tokens sold out in just 31 seconds on 27 July 2021. The YGG token is a representation of all YGG assets in the metaverse.
