This comes alongside the announcement of an upcoming event featuring the powerful Shadow Regigigas.
The new RSVP planner is designed to make organizing Raid Battles with fellow Trainers more efficient. It allows players to signal their intention to join a specific raid, helping groups form and prepare.
Here’s how the new planner works:
- Find a Raid Battle: Players can tap on an active Raid Egg or a Raid Boss visible on the in-game map.
- RSVP: Select a preferred time slot for the raid and tap “RSVP” to indicate you plan to attend.
- Invite Friends: Use the “Invite” option to directly bring friends into the planned raid group.
- Get Ready: Receive reminders to help ensure players are ready for the scheduled Raid Battle time.
In related news, a special Shadow Raid Day event featuring Shadow Regigigas has been announced. This intense challenge calls on Trainers to battle and attempt to rescue Shadow Regigigas from Team GO Rocket.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, 2025, running from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
Alongside the event announcement, options for players to acquire items like a special Ultra Ticket Box and Remote Raid Passes were mentioned.
