Jamaica – National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) is implementing changes to its online banking registration process.
The bank announced an update to the first-time registration for Personal Online Banking (POB), designed to provide better assistance, particularly for what it describes as “more vulnerable customers,” while also enhancing security.
Under the new process, if a customer is unable to complete the online registration independently, they may be redirected to visit a physical branch for personalized support.
NCB is highlighting specific ways they are offering assistance at branches:
- Priority Assistance: Customers directed from online registration can visit any NCB branch and receive help without waiting in the general line.
- Dedicated Staff: Trained staff will be available to guide customers through the registration process step-by-step.
- Saturday Support: Remote Service Centres at three MegaMart locations and the NCB Fairview Branch will offer assistance on Saturdays, providing additional flexibility.
The bank states that this updated process is part of its ongoing commitment to customer security and maintaining a supportive banking environment.
National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) is a leading financial institution in Jamaica. The bank provides a range of banking and financial services to individuals and businesses across the island, focusing on customer service and security.
