NCB Foundation Jamaica has announced the opening of applications for its Level Up Grant Programme.
The NCB Level Up Grant is offered to unemployed persons for usage with short-term courses in digital subjects.
Who is eligible?
- Jamaican citizens who are over 18 years old
- is either unemployed or underemployed
- Not attained an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Have demonstrated financial need (household income)
- Demonstrate commitment to personal development, community and nation-building.
The programme will be offered to over 3,000 Jamaicans who can use the skills offered in the courses as a way to start new careers or online businesses.
Courses for the grant will be offered by training partners such as iCreate Institute and Internet Income Jamaica.

- Digital UX Essentials
- Introduction to Software Development
