TCL, a leading smart TV brand, has launched a dedicated Mr Bean: The Animated Series FAST channel on its built-in streaming platform, TCL Channel.

The deal with Banijay Rights allows the channel to air seasons 1-3 of the series, reaching over 24 million TCL TV users in North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Mr Bean: The Animated Series, co-created by Rowan Atkinson and Richard Curtis, was originally aired from 1990 to 1995 and has been popular worldwide for over 30 years.

A fourth run of the series has been commissioned for 2025, to be aired on Cartoonito and HBO Max across EMEA, Warner Bros. Discovery’s kids channels and streaming services across Southeast and South Asia, and on ITVX Kids in the UK and Eire.

TCL is also committed to introducing diverse new content to the TCL Channel audience, such as the first YouTuber channel on TV – Dia TV in Brazil, and the upcoming short drama channel – ReelShort.
