The Jamaican Prime Minister was one of the first recipients in the region courtesy of LIME to receive an Apple IPhone 4S on January 11 which is to launch in the in Jamaica on January 12 and to the Rest of Lime Caribbean operations on January 13. We did did a review of the mobile device back in October, Presenting The IPhone 4S.
The Opposition Leader who already boasts and IPad has also received the device courtesy of LIME.
Lime release a promotional headline for the phone on their website along with the prices.

One gets the view from these prices that this phones services won’t be for the faint of hearts but for those who want functions like a Dual Core Processor, Incredible Graphics, A Voice Assistant called Siri and much more it should be a trouble for you if you can pay that monthly bill.
There was even this Google Adsense ad present on Jamaican or Caribbean Key-worded websites which act as a promotional ad.
