LG Electronics Inc. has announced its preliminary earnings for the first quarter of 2025, revealing consolidated revenue of KRW 22.7 trillion (USD 15.529 billion*) and an operating profit of KRW 1.3 trillion (USD 1.615 million*).
This is the first time LG’s first-quarter revenue has exceeded KRW 22 trillion! Despite ongoing economic headwinds, the company credits its “qualitative growth” strategy with driving these results.
Especially seeing high margins from B2B is the Eco Solution (ES) business has been the primary driver of growth in both revenue and profitability. Especially through the combination of hardware and service, LG’s subscription business is rapidly increasing.
