KRAFTON Expands Mobile Game “Abyss of Dungeons” to Four New Countries

Seoul, South KoreaKRAFTON, Inc. is broadening the reach of its upcoming mobile title, Abyss of Dungeons, announcing its launch in four new countries: Indonesia, Thailand, Brazil, and Mexico.

Developed by Bluehole Studio, the game is set to become available in these regions on Wednesday, June 11.

The game, an extraction RPG, focuses on the thrill of escaping dangerous environments. It blends survival elements found in battle royale games with the exploration characteristic of dungeon crawlers. The new name, Abyss of Dungeons, was chosen to better convey the game’s identity and dark, deep setting.

KRAFTON plans to roll out this new title and logo with the June update.

Abyss of Dungeons first began a soft launch earlier this year in the United States and Canada in February. Since then, KRAFTON has been actively engaging with players in those regions and incorporating their feedback to improve the game.

Updates based on player input have introduced several new features, including:

  • A PvP Arena Mode for competitive player battles
  • A PvE Boss Gauntlet challenging players against powerful enemies
  • A Soulstone system and a Stat Tree system for character growth and progression

According to the announcement, these updates have been well-received by the community. Driven by this engagement and a commitment to refining the gameplay experience and service quality, KRAFTON made the decision to expand the soft launch to the new regions.
