Elliptic Labs (OSE: ELABS), an AI software company has announced that 7 more smartphone models are shipping with its AI Virtual Smart Sensor Platform™ for March 2025.
Five models are from Transsion: the Tecno Camon 40, 40 Pro, and 40 Pro 5G and Infinix’s Note 50 and 50 Pro smartphones, along with vivo shipping models: the vivo V50 Lite and V50 Lite 5G smartphones. In the year to date, they’ve successfully shipped on 11 smartphone models.
“In March 2025, Elliptic Labs maintained strong momentum in its smartphone business,” said Laila Danielsen, CEO of Elliptic Labs.
Elliptic Labs also unveiled the AI Virtual Tap-to-Share Sensor™ at the Mobile World Congress. That new sensor allows seamless device-to-device sharing between iOS and Android smartphones with a simple tap.
The AI Virtual Proximity Sensor utilizes software to perform virtual proximity detections without the need for dedicated hardware. This is useful to keep the user from triggering unwanted actions during the call, such as hanging up or dialing numbers.
Elliptic Labs works with many devices across all operating systems to further personalize the user experience. The company is headquartered in Norway.
