Lindian is also emphasizing community involvement, with over 70% of on-site roles filled by local workers. Skills development and training programs are being implemented to further expand the local workforce and creating long-term economic opportunities in the area. The company wants to ensure it contributes positively to the region through things like employment opportunities and support for local businesses.

With bauxite assets in Guinea and Tanzania, Lindian Resources aims to become a globally significant critical minerals producer. Lindian is committed to sustainable development, practicing best environmental management standards and supporting socio-economic communities.
