The Real World Mod, a popular mod for Capitalism Lab, has been updated to version 14.2, bringing full compatibility with Capitalism Lab version 11.0 and the Service Industry DLC.
The announcement details that the Real World Mod includes over 600 products, 900 customized product images, and new logos and portraits.
What’s new in Real World Mod 14.2?
- Logistics Company for the Service Industry DLC: Introduced two new freight types.
- New Product Icons and Tech Icons and an Streamlined Technology List: Small product icons have been generated for all products; 34 new tech icons have been added; unused technologies have been removed; duplicated technologies have been merged.
- New Internet Company Types: New internet company types, such as AI Image Generator websites and AI Writing websites, have been added to enrich gameplay in the Digital Age DLC.
- New Products and Custom Images: New products, such as Diet Pills and Work Shoes, have been added along with custom images.
The Service Industry DLC expands the game by allowing players to build and manage shopping malls, service firms, and enhance supply chains with import, export, and logistics companies.

It introduces integrated retail spaces, a “Cash-strapped Startup” mode, and six new scenarios.
