Version 11.0 brings some major changes to the base game, including:

• Two New Scenarios – One focused on building a home furnishings empire, and another on creating a luxury goods dynasty.
• Significant AI Improvements – The AI has been enhanced for smarter resource allocation, strategic training budgets, aggressive expansion (on very high difficulty), improved mayoral campaigns, enhanced media and internet companies, stable R&D operations, and balanced product class focus.
