Taipei – Acer has announced an extensive new lineup of monitors, targeting both high-performance gaming and versatile entertainment needs.
The release includes two cutting-edge Predator QD-OLED gaming monitors, boasting impressive specifications like a super-fast 500 Hz refresh rate and crisp 4K resolution, alongside new Nitro Google TV smart monitors and a portable 4K display.
Acer highlighted the new 27-inch Predator QD-OLED monitors designed for demanding gamers. The Predator X27U F5 model stands out with an ultra-fast 500 Hz refresh rate and WQHD (2560×1440) resolution, aiming for exceptional motion clarity. Meanwhile, the Predator X27 X offers a sharp 4K UHD (3840×2160) resolution combined with a 240 Hz refresh rate.
Both QD-OLED monitors feature True 10Bit color, wide DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, VESA DisplayHDR certifications (TrueBlack 500 for X27U F5, TrueBlack 400 for X27 X), a rapid 0.03 ms response time, and support for AMD FreeSync™ Premium Pro technology to ensure smooth, tear-free visuals.
Expanding its multi-functional offerings, Acer also introduced two new Nitro Google TV smart monitors: the 31.5-inch Acer Nitro GA321QK P and the curved 34-inch Acer Nitro GA341CUR W0. These monitors integrate Google TV, providing access to a vast library of movies, shows, and apps. Featuring high-resolution panels (4K UHD and ultrawide QHD, respectively) and fast refresh rates up to 240 Hz, they are designed to be suitable for both everyday use and casual gaming, complete with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Google Cast™ support.
For users needing a flexible display on the go, Acer also revealed the Acer Nitro PG271K. This ultra-thin 27-inch portable monitor offers 4K resolution, wide viewing angles with IPS technology, and dynamic refresh rate capabilities, including Full HD at 144 Hz. Its space-saving design and adjustable kickstand make it a versatile companion for mobile setups.
Pricing and availability vary by region, with the new Predator QD-OLED and Nitro PG271K monitors expected to become available in EMEA and China in Q3.
The Predator X27U F5 monitor will be available in EMEA in Q3, starting at EUR 899, and in China in Q3, starting at RMB 5,999.
The Predator X27 X monitor will be available in EMEA in Q3, starting at EUR 1,099, and in China in Q3, starting at RMB 5,999.
The Acer Nitro PG271K monitor will be available in EMEA, starting at EUR 499.
